Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once an order has completed processing, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

We do not guarantee delivery dates.


Shipping Rates

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided via email once an order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after shipment confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or missed delivery attempts.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
