Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and work with trusted production partners to fulfill many of our items on a made-to-order basis. Because of this, the following policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

Made-to-Order Items

Most items sold on this site are produced specifically for each order. Due to the custom nature of these products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

Minor variations in color, placement, or texture that are inherent to the production process

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was purchased, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To request a resolution, you must:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide clear photo evidence of the issue
• Include your order number in all correspondence

Requests submitted outside of this window may not be eligible for review.

Once approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

• A replacement item at no additional cost, or
• A refund to the original payment method
• Returned items are not required unless specifically requested.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where an error occurred on our end.

Order Cancellations

Because many items enter production shortly after purchase, orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Final Authority

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or replacements that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy or that show signs of misuse or abuse of our return system.
