Studio Policies
Payment Policy
Sessions under $100 are due at arrival before recording begins. Half Day and Full Day sessions require a 50% deposit to secure booking. Remaining balances are due at arrival.
Editing & Add-Ons
Editing services and add-ons may be selected after the session and invoiced separately. Edited content is delivered after payment is completed.
Turnaround Time
Raw footage is typically delivered within 24 hours. Edited content is typically delivered within 2–5 business days depending on project size and selected add-ons.
Client Device Policy
Clients choosing to record on personal devices are responsible for available storage, battery life, and device performance.
Content Usage & Privacy
Content may be used for promotional purposes unless the client selects the privacy option during booking.
Booking & Availability
Submitting a request does not guarantee booking. Sessions are confirmed based on availability and final approval.
